Orlando Curling Club – Session Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all individual session reservations, including but not limited to: Learn to Curl, Curling 101, Curling 102, Glow Curling, and Open Curling.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 72+ hours before session start:
    Participants may choose one of the following:

    • Full refund

    • Reschedule to another session

    • Credit toward a future session

  • Less than 72 hours before session start (up to start time):
    Participants may choose one of the following:

    • 50% refund

    • Reschedule to another session

    • Credit toward a future session

No-Shows

  • Participants who do not attend and do not notify the club prior to the session start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Club Cancellations

  • If The Orlando Curling Club cancels a session for any reason (e.g., weather, facility issues), participants will receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule or receive credit

Additional Notes

  • Credits may be applied to any future session and do not expire.

  • Policies may be updated as new session types are added.

Orlando Curling Club – Private Event Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all private event bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 14 or more days prior to event date

    • Full Refund

  • 7-14 days prior to event date

    • 50% Refund

  • 3-7 days prior to event date

    • 25% Refund

  • 3 or less days prior to event date

    • No Refund
